Through our Private Charter Driver Service, if you or a family member requires transportation to a medical visit, we will take you or your family member to the medical professional's office and wait for the duration of the appointment. If we are providing the service to a family member in your absence, we will keep you fully apprised of the status of the appointment when we return the family member to their residence.

Funeral/Bereavement Transportation Service:
We at CarWay Town Car understand that in times of mourning, transportation is the last thing on your mind. During this difficult time, we will make your family our priority. We will assist you in this time of grief in the logistics of getting all of your family from the Airport (if required), to your home, to the service, graveside & back to your home with grace, sensitivity & dignity.
Bereavement Transportation Package:
Our “Bereavement Package” includes 4 hours of client directed/discreet chauffeured luxury sedan service from pick up at your residence (or Hotel) and transfer to the service.
During the service your driver awaits for the service to end. We then transport you to graveside and then drop you off at your residence or hotel. The Bereavement Package is $250.00 (all inclusive) for 4 hours and includes driver gratuity.
For “4 hours of luxury sedan service”, there are no additional charges. The rate is “all Inclusive” including driver gratuity. For service in excess of 4 hours, the rate for Luxury Lincoln Town Car Sedan service is $15.00 per ¼ hour including driver gratuity for luxury sedan service.
Transportation Service for out-of- town guests:
If your requirements include out-of-town guests, CarWay Town Car offers “transfer services” from a hotel to the service, and or graveside, and back to your home for the wake, CarWay Town Car accommodates arrival & departure transportation to/from airports to the hotel for your out of town family and friends.
Charter hourly rate:
- Lincoln Town Car Sedan: 3 hour minimum, $50.00 per hour plus 20% driver gratuity.
- Ford 10/14 Passenger Van: 3 hour minimum, $55.00 per hour plus 20% driver gratuity
- Lincoln Navigator/SUV: 3 hour minimum, $60.00 per hour plus 20% driver gratuity.
